eBay Fraud

From MetroSource News: The FBI is looking for an Encino, California, man accused of defrauding more than 200 people through the online auction service e-Bay. A federal grand jury has indicted 27 year old Hen Ben Haim on eight counts of mail fraud. Haim used the name Shay Albaz when online. [He] is accused of taking $32,000 from people for laptop computers, hand-held computers, Nintendo games and other items and then failing to produce the items. If convicted, he faces a maximum of 40 years in federal prison. So, if any of you happened to get scammed on eBay from this guy, justice shall be delivered.
