Downloading speed

We've reached an agreement with our host and they've removed the speed cap on ZD...you should now be able to download the files at full speed. Instead of the ad on the sidebar, we could have done pop ups, but ZD will never stoop as low as to open up new windows on your computer about stuff you could care less about. Hopefully, this additional ad will be sufficient to support us. Just to put things into perspective for the non-techie people, ZD can do 2-3Mb/s and sometimes up to 500 gig of data per month. A 56k modem is capable of around 57,700 bits per second...ZD sometimes does 3,000,000 bits per second (about 50 times as much). At a generous price of $ 2.50/gig, it can cost almost $ 1,250/mo to keep ZD running. Yikes! Of course, if we had a sponsor (hint hint) we could remove all the ads :)
