DeJap Graphics Packs

Packs 1 and 2 (out of 9) are available for download, with new ones being released every week or so. Also encluded is the program that decrypts them so Zsnes and ZsnesW can read them. Since ZeldaDD submitted the news, DeJap has also released packs 3 and 4. Thanks Sanite :)
