Dega v1.01

Dega is a Sega Master System and Game Gear emulator for Windows 95, NT, 98, 2000, ME or XP. Here's the changes:
Added import and export of Meka format states (.S00)
Added SMS battery ram saving. Battery ram is saved to savesgamename.sav (this is also in the same format as Meka, and probably all other SMS emulators)
Fixed PAL and NTSC Z80 timing. Speech should now be the correct pitch always.
Enhanced sound is now disabled by default.
Added auto load/save state function. If turned on, this will automatically save the state (in Meka format) to savesgamename.s0a when you exit the game, and will automatically load it up when you start the game again.
