CPSMAME for Mac 05.1.02

CPSMAME has been updated to match the Windows update... what's new is as follows...
Night Warriors (USA 950406)
Vampire Hunter (Japan 950316)
Dungeons & Dragons (Hispanic 940125)
More importantly though, the source base for CPSMAME for OSX has been updated to match the recent MacMAME 0.59. Preliminary HID Manager support is in as well as some core changes to function better under OSX.
However, things with OS 8.6 and 9.x aren't so happy with this release, so the classic release, from now on, will be based upon the MacMAME 0.56a source code, which behaves well in the classic MacOS.
