ClrMamePro v3.10

ClrMamePro, a handy ROM manager, has been updated. Here is what's new since last time around:
    misc: some profiler redesign
  • resizeable
  • moved options, exebased dats creation to new toolwindows
  • moved datinformation to toggleable window

    • misc: rebuilder cleanup, memory usage reduction, speedup, etc..
    misc: several updates to chd routines:
  • unneeded check handles chd diff files as unneeded
  • some better chd unneeded checks
  • unrecognized chds won't slowdown the unneeded check
  • synced chd routines with 77u2
  • showing sha1 information for missing chds

    • misc: profile is shown as green when only nodumps are missing
    misc: don't save windowpos on CANCEL messages (ESC button)
    misc: disabled xml support...will reenabled it when it's really needed
    fixed: setinfo windowpos won't be saved when toggling infobutton
