ClrMame Pro 2.41a

- fixed save-missing-list changed some memory management stuff here and there...may increase the speed here and there
- major ziproutines source clean up..maybe worth a 2.41a..hehehe..at least it's more readable and a bit faster
- fastscan doesn't clear the warnings window anymore
- added support for digital-signatures in zipfiles cmpro detects wrong localfileheader-offset in zip-central-dir-entries
