Classic99 v3.1a1

posted in Emulator Release by spacetiger on May 23rd, 2004

After nearly two years without making any noise, Classic99, the emulator for TI-99, has been given an update. It seems that the author has included a bunch of roms in the package, under license from Texas Instruments. Here's the complete list of what's new:
  • Built-in system ROMs and a number of TI cartridges/games
  • Updated menu for system/ROM selection
  • Set much more reasonable default values
  • Removed TIDATA file
  • Added 'magic' disk support so that programs like Editor/Assembler have their files available at all times
  • Defaults to 'filtered' graphics mode, DirectX blits
Go and get it at the TI-99 Emulators page.
