Changes to ZD
posted in Site News by swampgas on Jul 9th, 2001Time to make a few changes... 1) We're going to add a homepage icon to each news post that has a homepage for it...posts about ZSNES would link to the ZSNES site. If it doesn't have an official site, the icon won't appear. It'll be a tiny icon like the names...even though we always link to the official site in the sections, some people would prefer a direct link on each post. 2) We're going to add name anchor tags to the sectional pages, so when we link to it in our section it'll popup when you click on the link we give, rather than you going through a huge section page to find what we posted on. Good idea? Bad idea? Well, we'll find out. I'll create a poll once you guys get to see it in action. Thanks to "Jack Stevens" for the idea...and keep your eyes peeled. Update: I've added the homepage icons...head over to the Message Boards and vote!
