Here is an interesting emulator that was updated yesterday. It's called "cereal" and it emulates the Intel 8051 microprocessor and various connected devices. Here's what's new in the latest version:

Changed loading of plugins to work with KDE 3.1
Updated to work with autoconf-2.57 and other packages from Red Hat Linux 9
Added missing #include's
Added an example RPM spec file

It's written for Linux, so you can go to our new 8051 Emulators for Unix/Linux section to get it.
