BeUAE v0.8.17R1

posted in Emulator Release by outsider on Aug 18th, 2001

BeUAE is a Amiga emulator for BeOS. Here's what's new in this version:
  • updated to UAE 0.8.17
  • if you add a local directory using the file panel, the name of the folder you have chosen will be set as the name of the volume (if you haven't set one yet)
  • removed the autoconfig setting as it is now longer needed
  • when quitting BeUAE using the setting window's quit button, the sound was set to zero volume which was saved from the Media server
  • the multi-threading implementation was not really used (silly me)
  • when BeUAE is started by double-clicking a configuration icon, the "Save" menu item in the settings window is now enabled
  • a bug in uae prevented it from correctly loading the cpu speed setting "max" (since 0.8.16) Download it from the Amiga Emulators for BeOS page.
