Arnold v1.6.1 for Mac

One of four new releases by Richard Bannister today, the Amstrad CPC emulator for Mac, Arnold, has been updated today. Here's what's new:
  • Added joystick/gamepad support on OS X (Note that this requires a copy of Blitter Library)
  • Printer emulation now works correctly
  • Numerous bug fixes to the CPC Plus hardware emulation and Fluff is now playable
  • Fixed a few issues with the Macintosh keyboard layout
  • Added the ability to turn off the keyboard-based Joystick emulation
  • Added the ability to read gzip-compressed files (Disk images, etc)
  • Replaced about box with new one
  • Removed "type okay" dialog box
  • Reduced CPU usage substantially on OS X
