Animosity

Animosity, an early-stage NES emulator for Java, was recently released. Currently, the emulator, which currently lacks a version number, only emulates the NMOS chipset. Here's what the author has to say about the emulator: "I'm writing an emulator in Java for the NMOS 6502 which I hope to create a NES emulator from. The project is called Animosity (aNiMOSity), a tribute to the NMOS cpu. Currently I have the core mostly written and am hoping to develop the PPU and IO handlers. The project is of course severely beta, but it will be developing further until I pull out all of my hair." You can pick it up at the NES emulators for Java page.
