Phil Underhill has announced a new release of AmigaTRANS. This project hadn't been updated since '98, but here is an all new version featuring a new GUI and more. New to this release:
Changes:
Complete Rewrite
New, easier to use GUI
Preset mode, to allow fixed and user definable filesize as well as 'arbitrary' size transfer
Fixes:
Program is no longer 'system modal' while is transferring
Fixed an serial buffer 'overflow' bug in Windows 95
Increased the serial buffer for reliable transfer
Stopped some of the random program/install crashes
Now deletes all .tmp files after they're finished with
