AdvanceMENU v2.2.9

Along with the update of AdvanceMESS comes another update of AdvanceMENU. Here's what's new:

Added support for importing the XML output of AdvanceMESS 0.71.0.0
Added support for ignoring the return code of the runned generic emulator
The number of listed games is now correct in any sort mode
