AdvanceMAME v0.81.0

There seems to be a discrepancy with version numbers on the homepage and a few of the readme files, but the downloads on SourceForge are labeled at v0.81.0. Here is what's new:
- You can now specify configuration options for a single software using the format `SYSTEM[SOFTWARE]/OPTION' in the configuration file. Like `ti99_4a[ti-inva]/display_magnify auto'.
