ACE v1.2a

This CPS-1/2 emulator for Windows has been updated again, which brings it now to version 1.2a. Here's the following changes:

I realized that I was emulating too much! M68k core was in fact overloaded of features - that I obviously removed this late at night obtaining *Full framerate* with sound in all CPS2 games on my pentium 450! Download it from the Multi Arcade Emulators page. Thanks to ViciGamer for the news
