7th Saga Save State Editor Initial Release

Chaosflare has created a savestate editor for Windows aptly titled 7th Saga Save State Editor. There is another editor available with the same name, so don't get them confused. Users can edit current/max HP/MP, level, Power, Guard, Gold, and the first player's speed. Magic cannot be edited yet.
