MADrigal CD Collection is a pack of LCD handheld game simulators. The MADrigal CD Collection is for Windows but there are ports for Android, Libretro and others.
The binaries are distributed under the "Creative Common Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives" license, while the source code is under the "Creative Common Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike" license.

Hello

I know these are not emulator, they do not require ROMS. This are simulators where all the game is re-coded to look and act like the LCD handhelds.
