WWWWW WWWWWW UUUUUUU SSSSSSS SSSSSSS V1.0

So, you found Super Mario World too hard? Tired of countless challenge hacks? Or maybe you just want a change of pace? Well, I've taken the path less travelled and made an easier hack. Most enemies are trapped in unaccesible areas, and there are lots more 1-ups and powerups. As well, 99% of the pits are filled in. You get more time, and many secrets are easier to get to. Oh, and I changed some colours and music in a couple levels too. :D I beat nearly every level in this game while running it at about 26,700% of the normal speed!!!

V1.0 Did everything!

General

At this point, 99% of the levels are edited. The other 1% were things like exits that didn't need editing. In other words, I've pretty much finished it already. Some areas have minor errors that don't really need correcting (some weren't even errors). For example, the red triangles might not work in some places or you might die if you do a whole bunch of odd stuff. But all the major errors I know of have been fixed. If you find one, tell me (see below). Some intentional "errors" are:
-Wrong music in some places.
-Wrong BGs (often glitched) in some places (I did it cause they looked cool).
-Different colours in some places.

Some minor errors I know of that I don't plan to fix are:
-Some red triangles don't work, but it's not a problem.
-Mario stops and starts in the intro. It's cause I modified the level, which throws him off. He'll think he's on Yoshi and try to eat things, but nothing happens.
-Slight GFX errors.

BTW, Donut Plains 2 and a few others have a cool glitch BG. Why? Because I removed layer 2 to get rid of the crushers. This turned layer 2 into a Background, which became totally nutty because it still contained the data for the crushers rather than a BG. I could fix it, but it looks cool.

Oh, and I turned Yoshi's House into a level. It's pretty cool. It's hard, but that doesn't matter because it's 101% optional. More of a bonus. (I used an unused level, #108h, as a 2nd room too.) Also, I was trying to turn those red triangles into blocks of cheese, but there didn't seem to be any yellow in the palette, so I just left them at a funny colour.

Bug Reports
+++++++++++

Of course, nobody likes hearing that something they've worked so hard on has a major bug in it, but nobody likes an impossible game that's supposed to be easy either, so tell me if you find them. Send an Email to Pika98765@Hotmail.com with the subject "Bug report: Super Mario Wuss". Be sure to tell me where and what it is (what level, how to get there, what happens, how you triggered it, etc). If you're using Zsnes or Snes9x, make a save state in the area so I can get to it easily. (Make sure you tell me what emu it's for!)
Just remember: Don't bug me about little bugs. Minor graphic glitches, unimportant bugs that require a lot of work to activate, or other such things are of little interest to me. If you do bother me about such insignificant bugs, I'll bite your head off. Chances are, I know about it anyway. And if it is important, make sure the problem isn't on your end. Try it a couple times, don't hold a lot of buttons (because it causes bugs with most computer games), and try another emu if possible before complaining.

My email is Pika98765@Hotmail.com. You can also find me on MSN as Pika98765. If you wish to discuss Gameshark codes, or codes for any cheat device (I happen to be an expert), head over to one of these site's bulliten boards:

www.cmgsccc.com
My name: HyperHacker
Topic: Cheat devices
Board: Forums/vB (at top of page 2)

www.gscentral.com
My name: Pika98765
Topic: Cheat devices (Take note, everyone there hates Gameshark due to legal issues from the company, but you can still talk about it.)
Board: Message Boards (at side of page)

Both of these sites also have codes. They cover most systems, but I only cover NES, SNES, N64, Gamecube (not cheat devices, as there currently are none :P ), Gameboy, Gameboy Advance, and Sega Genesis (not cheat devices). And don't bother asking about, discussing, or praising Xbox with me. I happen to be a member of the huge gang of Microsoft haters. (No, it's not a club.) If I had a choice, I'd dump Winblows and get something else, but...
