1. Where to find Golbeze
--------------------------------------

Golbeze has taken over Hidon's spot in Ebot's Rock. Just talk to the Golbeze statue.

2. Special notes about the fight
--------------------------------------

He has four abilities that are unique to this battle:

MP Cost null: His MP rating is 0, but no attack of his costs him anything. I have been calling
it infinite MP, but that's not what it actually is, so I've renamed it. ^_^

Elemental null: Idea inspired from FF9. Golbeze's attacks have their elemental properties
stripped from them when he uses them. However, the nature of the hack allows the properties to
stand if the target is a monster. That makes Merton one of the most dangerous attacks in his
arsenal, so try not to provoke him.

Quick bypass: His counters have a script innovation that allows him to bypass Quick for most, if
not all of his counters. You're not getting in an Ultima against this guy.

Physical absorb/instant death: No physical moves of any kind are allowed against Golbeze. Any
damage done will be absorbed and the attacker killed instantly.

He also has the usual counters you'd expect from a custom. Try everything however, who knows what will and won't work.

3. Other
--------------------------------------

Ebot's Rock has been changed:

Music: Floating Continent
Palette: The ground is brown and the walls seem lighted up.
Battle BG: Kefka's Tower (inner), however, the only Dance that always works is still Dusk Requiem.
Enemies: Two customs (Dark Ghost and 7), Phase, Moe, Hidonite, Pugs, Wizard.
No more damn spotlight effect. The entire cave is now visible.

Dark Ghost's normal attacks only strike one character at a time. Shouldn't be too hard to deal
with if you have any sort of Speed.

7 uses physical attacks along with Ragnarok and Thunder Shld as items. Beware his Illumina
final attack, it deals maximum Pearl-elemental damage.

No other monsters that now exist in the cave have been changed and should function as normal.

However, no enemies that were in the cave (except that one Hidonite) exist there, and
it isn't really recommended you play any other areas, unless you want to fight in the Tyranosaur
forest. You won't find a Brachosaur there, but you will find a Gold Drgn in its place. The
reason is that I don't know which enemies were overwritten, and all of the event enemies have
been corrupted.

Have fun. :)
