Hi!

This document should enable you to get my emulator running on your site.

N.B. The directorys and filenames must be entered exactly as shown here, The applet is case sensitive.

Please place a link to my site if you succesfully use this applet

The directory structure:

Root GameBoyEmu web directory
| Your applet.html file
| GameBoyEmu.zip
| romnames.txt
|_roms
|_images
  |cog1.gif
  |cog2.gif
  |cog3.gif
  |cog4.gif
  |cog5.gif
  |cog6.gif
  |cog7.gif
  |cog8.gif
  |cog9.gif
  |gameboy.gif
  |screen.jpg

ROMs:

All the ROMs you wish to use with this emulator must be zipped and placed in the "roms" directory. You must then edit the romnames.txt file and change it to reflect your ROMs. For instance on my site my romnames.txt file has the line:

color/super_mario_bros_dx.zip=Super mario bros DX

The bit before the equals sign is the directory and filename that point to the ROM file. In in this case it points to ./roms/color/super_mario_bros_dx.zip (The ./roms/ part is added in the program and is not required in romnames.txt) The last section is the ROM name as it appears in the ROM chooser dialog box that opens when you click on the load ROM button.

.html code:
