This is archived junk that you shouldn't be playing, readded to the archive for its "New 1.0" update on 9 August 2024.

It is an unadvertised extra bundled with the Zophar's Domain release. I know how things get around. Please don't. Play New 1.0.

These are the previous versions of Rebrick Time Capsule, which was updated due to uncovering typos while making the alternate namesets.

The updates were presented as tongue-in-cheek "waves" of DLC, adding an extra patch to make up for each subsequent update.

Wave 0 contains the project as it initially came out at the end of 2023, five weeks after the remake released on 24 December 2023.

Wave 1 is the 20 January 2024 "HH" update. It picked up on a few minor things while creating this DLC, which released the next day.

The goal of SNES-nameset was to present this project while keeping name changes to a minimum; these namesets got more expansive.

Wave 2 contains further refinements to the main project (aka "LH") and SNES-nameset (aka "TM") during the making of NS-nameset.

This was released 17 February 2024. NS-nameset, naturally, tries to make the project text feel more like the Nintendo Switch remake.

Wave 3 is the New 1.0 iteration of the Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars ~Rebrick Time Capsule~ retranslation effort.

It was intended to be released back in March, but I decided to postpone it as the set of to-dos and checks for New 1.0 piled back up.

On 11 August 2024, SFC-nameset was updated on short notice due to a Wiggler oversight. No DLC was prepared to make up for this one.

The updated iteration of SFC-nameset is nicknamed "Raw 1.0" instead of "New 1.0". At least it wasn't Wiggler Wednesday, am I right?

However, if you want a "recipe" for the last version of the project without the remake's influence, check the nameset changes file.

For ease of reference, each of the bps files have been retroactively renamed to properly label the versions, here and the main set.

If you want SFCbuttonsBETA applied, patch the solo version to the ROM first, and then apply one of these patches to that patched ROM.

When the namesets were conceived, I had initially intended for them to be released simultaneously with the main patch instead of as DLC.

This means that the current patches are close to how the project would have looked like had I waited a little longer and done just that.

I might not like the older stuff, but I keep my release history, as doing otherwise would be antithetical to the idea of a time capsule.

I'm not sure why you would want the older versions unless you wanted a version of SNES-nameset with less rollbacks, but it's here.

Whatever you do, please support the official release. ~LiThL
