Killer Instinct Image Explorer v 0.002

Description
-----------

Basically right now it's a command-line driven utility that opens up the hard disk dump (128 megs) and allows the user to dump the data to a bitmap from that file, specifying offets, image sizes, and bit depth. In the future a gui, and image preview can be added if it's necessary, right now it functions very nicely so you can do lots of image dumping.

I recommend using the 16bpp option, 32bpp isnt implemented and i highly doubt there are 32bpp images in the rom. Dumping images is basically lots of guess work, that's why i implemented the consecutive dump feature so you can dump a range of the image in one shot and see roughly if there is any possible image data, and than try to narrow down the stuff from there. If the image
looks like it's getting messy just play around with the width and height, they obviously have to be perfect to make the image come out right.

There are no plans to implement any kind of slick gif or jpeg implementation since it's probably a lot more work than the nice bmp format. All offsets are the be entered in base 10 aka decimal, the header in the rom looks like it ends at 0x20d (hex) or 525 (base 10) so always start from that point at least.

Try roughly 59290125, as an address with 320x240 16bpp to get to the intro's for some of the stages.

That's about it for now.
