Ps2sP Plugin Information:
==============================================

Spu2 plugins have been in the works since Gigahertz first started working on Spu2ghz after that plugin failed, I began working on PS2DXA, again this project failed bad coding and judgement on my part, after recruiting Zenogais and Elly here we are today the first ever Spu2 plugin released for PCSX2 that plays sound correctly that is. A Linux port is in the works and will be released by the coder below. Zenogais, Elly and Myself hope that you enjoy this plugin.

Ps2sP was written purely in C++, and Compiled with Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2003, Ps2sP uses FMOD for Audio. We will continue to code Ps2sP until it's either

A. Perfect

B. Just isn't fun anymore.

Ps2sP may eventually become opensource the project team will discuss it, If you're interested in helping or feel you can offer any assistance see the contact info at the bottom of this page.

The authors would like to thank all of the below testers as well as Gigahertz, and JF.

Ps2sP Plugin Team:
==============================================

***** Kanodin (Project Leader)
                  Did some of the source for ps2dxa, which was later used as a stepping stone to begin rewriting the current plugin code, recruited Zenogais and Elly to form new plugin project Ps2sP.

***** Zenogais (Main Coder)
                  This guy has been alot of help to this project, has alot of kick ass ideas so beta-testers pass your ideas onto him on what you would like to see in the plugin. Oh also responsible for the awesome logo you see when you click the about box. Worked on a little bit of everything in this code okay I lied he worked on just about everything in this plugin.

***** Elly     (Main Coder)
                  Elly, Is responsible for the resource code and also did part of the debug2 file and is currently working on some of the Dsound code as well, Offered lots of support.

***** MikeShoup (Linux Port Coder)
                  Mike, is the guy that will be porting this over to linux for all of you penguin lovers. :p

Question & Answer:
==============================================

Q. When Will youn release the first plugin to the public?

A. Never!!! just kidding, We'll release it when we feel it's working properly without many bugs so probably uh PCSX2 0.7.

Q. Why don't I hear any sound from within the bios?

A. Well since this is the initial beta release we, the team have most likely not implemented everything we're working on it!!

Q. Where can I send you guys awesome praise and bug reports?

A. Well if you look below this part of the readme you'll see all contact info.

Q. Will you guys be accepting donations via paypal or other places?

A. I have no idea if we'll be accepting donations at this point but, I will talk to the team.

Q. Can I send you a mail bomb or curse you because no sound works?

A. No, you can't because i'm not stupid enough to include my real name or address, however you can send me hate me cause I find it quite funny.

Q. Why won't XXX game run?

A. Wrong person to ask that question to pal, this is a Sound Plugin not a PS2 Emulator.
