**SECTION 1: PROGRAM INFORMATION

Leopard is a save state hacking utility that allows you
to do virtually everything a Gameshark or Gamegenie can
do, but only deals with generated RAM Dumps called Save
States.

The program works by constantly overridding the "coding"
or a savestate with values of its own. These values can
range from 0 to near 66000. Be careful when you deal
with values lower than 255, and make sure your riding
into the correct offset, otherwise the save state will
glitch and not function correctly.

**SECTION 2: SETTING IT UP

+Genral Info:
To use Leopard, you need to have an emulator, a rom, and
of course, a save state. Once you have all the needed
items/files, load your savestate using "Load" from the
menu, then choose "Load Cheatlist" to load a cheat list.

Once both of these files are loaded, click the "Enable"
button to begin using Leopard. Once its enabled, go into
the game and load that save state. You should see the
effects instantly, if not, wait a few seconds, then load
the save state again. Lets say you want infinite HP
using the Cheatlist Final Fantasy 1 Infinite HP.lpl. You
would go into the emulator, load the save state, and see
that your HP is at max. Once you get hit your HP will go
back down, but dont worry. Make another save state after
your HP has gone down, wait about 5 seconds, and load the
save state. Your HP will be refilled.

+Setting the Interval:
To set the interval, or the speed at which the program
works, you need to click the "Set Interval" button. The
popup that comes up displays the current interval.

For every 1000 numerics in the Interval equals a second.
So putting 5000 makes the interval 5 seconds, or makes
the save state "cheat" its-self every 5 seconds. 10000
sets it to 10.

You need to put the Interval in relativity to your computers
speed. A fast computer can handle an interval of 100
(.1 second) easily, however, a computer thats slower
should stick to around 5000, so the emulator does'nt lag
and the program does'nt lock up. Here is a relative chart:

Speed Interval
------------------------
100 MHz 20000
200 MHz 15000
300 MHz 10000
400 MHz 5000
500 MHz 3000
600 MHz 1000
700+MHz 500 or Less

**SECTION 3: ERRORS
+Runtime Error:
If you recieve an error at runtime, and get a message
saying "MSVBM600.DLL" not found, or "MSCOMDLG32.OCX"
not found, this means you need to goto www.microsoft.com
and download the Visual Basic 6 Runtime files, or for
MSCOMDLG32 Error, Common Dialog Runtime files.
