Mods
Any number of bugs were introduced as a result of early changes.
The high quality sound code produces unidentifiable garble.
The only way around this has been to use standard quality at a higher
	sample rate.
emu2413.c has had some of its loops/routines unrolled. Because I don't
think that I've gotten any carts/NSFs that use the chip/hardware,
I can't be sure that it works now. VRC 2, 4 and 6 need to be tested.

	 Hopefully, the C source for the virtual 2A0x's was fixed;
	the Asm src's fine.

Timing
Mid-frame routines produce some ugly results... things need to placed
	more accurately/precisely.
cmcwavy really shows off bad timing with the h-scrolls (I see that
Xodnizel pointed the mid-line timing inaccuracy in the Changelog).

NSFs
The non-bankswitching NSFs I've downloaded from 2a03.org expect certain
data in places that are never placed there (placement problem?).
This results in routines that hang no matter how I bypass or modify.

TMS experiences popping for some of the wave sequences, each frame
	(internal problem?).

colorblind.nsf crashes, and I can't get it not to...

Some N106 sound channels are softer than others somehow...

robokabuto_-_saga_fr...nsf has three 'chips' bits set. I've tried all
combinations, all produce garbled sound since the last time I checked.
